Services

We provide creative services including, but not limited to, logo design, branding, 3D visuals, animation, graphic design, and digital media production.

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in writing before work begins.

Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required before any work starts. No design time, concepts, or drafts will be created until the deposit has been received and cleared.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon for the project. Final files and usage rights will not be delivered until full payment is received.

No Refund Policy

Due to the time, customization, and creative labor involved in our services:

All payments made to us are non-refundable.

This includes deposits, milestone payments, and final balances, regardless of project stage.

Revisions

Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in your agreement or proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra fees.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete project information

• respond in a timely manner to approvals and requests

• ensure you have rights to any materials supplied to us

Delays in communication may result in timeline adjustments.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights to the final approved deliverables will be transferred as specified in the project agreement.

We retain the right to display work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If a project is paused, canceled, or abandoned by the client, all payments made remain non-refundable, and any outstanding invoices for completed work become immediately due.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
